Now a days dj's simply create a playlist on their laptop and press play. Although only 20 years old, Shlohmo does not fall into this category. His live programming techniques and wild on the spot mixing makes him an instant favorite for any fan of originality. Earlier today, August 26, 2012 Shlohmo had a special in-store performance at Amoeba Records, Los Angeles to promote his latest projects Bad Vibes & Vacation EP. I highly recommend both of these albums available Now of iTunes.
Performances include cuts from both albums like my personal favorite The Way U Do, as well as some special reworks like his most recent rendition of Enough Said by Aaliyah & Drake. Look out for labelmate Groundislava in the background. His latest project Feel Me releases Tuesday August 28.
