Best3 of Boston Hip-Hop #nextinshow and Boston's 3 Best - Rated of Stunt City

RATED

Many people claim to have talent, but very few are considered talented. when it comes to 26-year- old Boston native Rated, being talented comes naturally. At the age of 5, Rated performed at his kindergarten graduation, leaving both family and friends surprised by his ability and willingness to perform so freely. His style consists of creative metaphors and realistic music that relates to the struggles/situations that we face in our society today. Over the years his passion for music started to grow. In 2005, Rated alongside his cousin Dyzasta formed the group Stunt City. Music has always been in the earlobes of these men, and realized that they could also make music that people will feel and relate to. Rated can recall performing "stunts" on tracks from his childhood days. "I would be around older emcees rapping, and I would let them know I could do it too. Jackie Chan performs stunts by himself. A stunt is defined as an unusual strength, skill, or talent and that’s exactly what we're bringing to our city.” With performances at colleges and venues throughout the #eastcoast including opening up shows for Bone Thugs N Harmony, Cam’ron, Joe Budden and Canibus; this team is definitely showing that they have the talent for the national level. The team released their debut group project Live & Direct in 2009, with a 2011 followup of Dyzasta’s Natural Dyzasta e.p. and Rated’s Up In Smoke mixtape. Currently Stunt City ent is working on their next group project as well as the joint venture with their family Street Status. Far from ordinary, Rated & Dyzasta are ready to take their career in the music industry to a new level, while at the same time give Boston the well needed respect that it deserves.
